Beautiful apartment on the ocean

Wonderful host. He explained in detail how to get there and answered all my questions. The apartment is spacious.With a large terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable large bed in the bedroom.The beach is located 10 minutes' walk away.A beautiful promenade and excellent restaurants make for a great holiday.

Location is great a short walk to shops , restaurants and bars ( last part of walk home is quite steep for 40 yards ) Daniel was the most helpful manager you could wish for and went out of his way to help Lots of area to sit or sunbathe by the pool and never overcrowded

Nice, bright apartment with beautiful sunny balcony and views. Basic kitchen, but we haven't really use it. Communication and instruction before arrival and after check-in with host Daniel was perfect. We'll definitely come back. Thank you

Spacious apartment, good value.

The location is a bit of a drag up steep hill unless getting a taxi. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious with a big balcony and well equipped and Daniel the caretaker was on hand should help.or assistance be needed.

Hilly location, great views but a tough climb up if walking, no problem if getting a taxi.

Get what you pay for

Good size studio on top floor, nice view and bath.

Steep hill at back or about 50 steps at front. No freezer box in fridge ,chairs on balcony not comfy. Also very disappointed to be charged 40 euros extra to keep our room on till 2 30 in afternoon.

Very good value for money and fairly central location

Very spacious accommodation including bathroom and balcony. Stayed one week and towels and loo rolls were replaced mid way through our holiday. About 15 mins walk from bus station and same to beach areas. 10mins walk to supermarket. Easy communication with property manager through Whatsapp. Bottle of wine, and some fridge drinks ready to greet us on arrival...nice touch!

A minor negative perhaps, the property is up a very steep hill so be prepared for this walk if you have lots of luggage. The balcony looks across to Siam Park and what looks like a hillside being readied for further property development. As I said, not a bothersome issue for us but might be for others.

Very Good

Location - quiet but 5 mins walk to the nearest restaurants, bars, shop. Studio apartment was OK for us two. Big enough balcony to sit and eat outside. Clean and plenty kitchen equipment. Toaster, kettle,, washing up liquid, cloths and towels , 2 ring burner, sink and crockery. Towels changed mid week. All good. Daniel, the manager - what a lovely helpful man he is! Thanks for everything Daniel.

That awful hill leading to our apartment door - what a killer! - until someone showed us a quick detour avoiding it. Apartment could do with a refurb to be honest. Looking a bit tired but for the money it was OK. Was a bit concerned about the lack of a lock on the balcony door. They've managed to come up with a good short term solution with a length of wood to block the runner but think I'd prefer a good old lock and key.

A brilliant host,

Daniel was exceptional and kept me informed along the way and the apartment was very spacious and the welcome pack was a great bonus and was a great start to my stay.

I had noisy neighbours who were talking till 1 am, which isn’t Daniel fault. However it did effect my stay. Also the room is very warm and the fan doesn’t quite cut it, so aircon would be a great addition to the complex

Large room and balcony with nice view, clean. Overall I had a really good time. Thank you

Location was indeed clean, room was spacious, very big balcony with a nice view, felt pretty safe as the location was like a fortress with closed gates at all entries (I was worried because in other locations there were reviews about robberies so I really wanted a safe place). Bed was hard, but I slept pretty good it in. A bathtub and warm water all the time. Super close to the Adeje central bus station to roam around the island easily, and about 10-15 minutes walk to the first beach, but around 20-30 minutes to more nicer beaches. There is also a nice pool but I didn't try it but the area looked well maintained and clean. It's also super quiet there, I liked staying until late on the balcony and the entire building seemed to be sound asleep or maybe no one was in the rooms :), but I was worried I might disturb other people in that complete silence.

Cleaning is done only once a week, I stayed 7 nights so there was no cleaning, but I already knew that and to be honest in didn't bother me that much. New towels and toilet paper were brought after 3 days which is on the positive side. The only thing I would have liked was to have the garbage collected when the towels were changed. There was a big bug which looked like the cockroaches in our country, but I actually saw a lot of them on the streets and I think these are actually bugs that live outside, not cockroaches, but one of them probably snuck in through the window. I managed to kill it and I didn't see another one. It is probably not the accommodation's management fault, but just a heads up if you see them, don't panic :) The location is good from some perspectives, and bad from some other ones, but to be honest, anywhere you would be on the island it would not be ideal, either way at one point you will have to go up the hills or to travel longer distances, unless you rent a car and go everywhere by car. The location is on the hill and you will have to climb it at least once a day if you don't have a car.

Excellent time and hopefully returning soon.

Have stayed several times at Florida Park. Apartment has very good Wifi with router located above the entrance door. There are no clubs or bars nearby so the area is quiet. The bed was comfortable and sheets changed every 4/5 days with notice of cleaning the room given the previous day and towels changed every 3 days. The ceiling fan kept the room from becoming too warm.There were ample kitchen utilities, kettle, toaster and adequate fridge. The TV had good variety of English channels, BBC 1/2, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 etc. The warm shower above the bath had good pressure. Daniel was on site each day but everything went well and I hope to return again soon. The complex is accessed by a steep hill or there are steps on the right side so some may find it difficult to walk up. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and area is kept clean. 10 minutes will take you into the shops/restaurants. The bus station is a 10 minute walk and the number 41 bus costs €3.70 to the airport leaving every 30 minutes.

The pool was cold and there is some screaming from the children in Siam Park complex about 1/2 mile away but would not put me off future visits.

Great stay at Florida Park.

Very easy check in with good contact and information from Daniel. The apt was spacious and clean and great outside terrace with sunbeds. Would stay there again as Daniel and staff were excellent hosts. Everything you needed.

Great value for money!

Location of property is very convenient, located in San Eugenio between Adeje and Playa de las Americas. Nice walking distance to both. Advantage of property is its sunny terrace and pool. Also apartment was clean and kitchen equipped with neccessities. Also Daniel was great with accomodating us, easy communication! Thank you!

Fun in the sun

Location to everything. No children. Security, locked gates. Only access with a key. Lovely view. Daniel was on hand, easy to contact.

Needs updating. Lots of tiles broken in the pool. Could be an amazing complex.
